As Vice President of Finance, Nate Glass oversees the financial operations and strategic planning of the company, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and aligning financial goals with FTI’s mission to serve government agencies. Nate brings valuable expertise to his role with extensive experience in financial planning, compliance, and reporting while supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives. Prior to FTI, Nate has spent his career in GovCon working in both consulting firms as well as serving in senior corporate financial management roles in companies such as EverWatch and GDIT. Nate holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Francis University, an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business, and is a licensed CPA.
