Seaporte
is in response to the need to broaden the Scope of the Naval Sea
Systems Command Seaport Contracting initiative to the Warfare
Center Mission Areas and geography. This expansion of NAVSEA
Headquarters contract efficiency initiative to the Warfare Centers
supports the strategy to transform NAVSEA into a corporate entity
by standardizing and improving internal processes, broadening
communicative channels and satisfying external and internal
customers.
